Welcome to Conancoon!
I am a small hobby breeder located in Yorkshire. I am GCCF and TICA registered, my prefix is Conancoon, I am a member of the Maine Coon Cat Club, the Yorkshire County Cat Club and the Royal Canin Pro Club Assured Breeder scheme.
About Conancoon Maine Coons
Our aim is to breed healthy, confident, well socialised kittens that are a fine example of the breed with the fantastic temperament that the breed is renowned for. The kittens are raised in my home where, once old enough, they’ll graduate from the nursery room to the play area which are both well equipped for all their needs and adventures. All of our adult cats are free to roam the family home at all times. As a hobby breeder, all my cats and kittens are part of the family home.
Our litters are well planned in advance, with studs extensively researched to ensure my pairings continue to maintain breed standards. All parents are health tested and clear of HCM, PkDef and SMA as well as FiV/Felv as a minimum. This prevents any of our kittens having hereditary diseases.
Cosmic - now retired
Wykewoks Cosmic Nova is a confident, loving girl who is maturing into a gorgeous example. She is a blue mackerel torbie with white. She is health tested and clear FIV, FeLV, PkDef, SMA and HCM as well as having regular health checks. Cosmic had a date with Maingals Sol in Jul and delivered 5 beautiful babies in Sep. Cosmic is going to retire once these kittens have flown the nest and will remain with me at Conancoon.
Ivy
Conancoons Ivy League is the daughter of Cosmic and Dagger. She is an extremely loving silver classic tabby. She is health tested and clear FIV, FeLV, HCM, PkDef and SMA as well as having regular health checks.
Hetty
Conancoons Jadis Star aka Hetty is daughter of Cosmic and Dagger. She is such an inquisitive girl who loves to decorate - she is a naughty tortie. She is health tested and clear FIV, FeLV, HCM, SMA and PkDef as well as regular health testing. Hetty will be going on a date with Merlin in the near future with kittens expected in the Spring 25.
LUNA
Mysticoons Luna Eclipse is a new addition to Conancoon. She is a gorgeous black smoke with a very confident, cheeky and loving personality. She is health tested and clear FIV, FeLV, HCM, SMA and PkDef as well as regular health testing.
MAPLE
Conancoon Maple Leaf is the daughter of Cosmic and Sol. She is an extremely cheeky blue mackerel torbie who loves to chat away. She is health tested and clear FIV, FeLV, HCM, PkDef and SMA and as well as having regular health checks.
Studs
All studs are externally sourced from reputable registered breeders.
Sol
GCCF and TICA registered, Maingals Sol Rising is a gentle giant cream smoke with an extremely strong championship pedigree line. He is health tested, clear of HCM, PkDef, SMA, FIV and FeLV.
Merlin
GCCF registered, Wykewoks Merlin is a beautiful stunning blue mackerel tabby with imported bloodlines. He is a real gentle giant. Health tested HCM, PkDef, SMA, FIV and FeLV.
Talon
GCCF registered, Talon is a gorgeous blue smoke with a gentle personality. He is still young but maturing into a stunning boy. He is clear HCM, PkDef, SMA, FIV and FeLV.

Cosmic and Sol's first litter together - 1 boy and 3 girls. Maple is staying at Conancoon, Duncan and Dixie went together and Lillie went to live with 3 adult Maine Coons who adore her 😻
Roo, Rogue and Freya
Ivy and Talon's second litter together. 3 beautiful girls, 2 who are heading to Scotland together and 1 going to live with other adult cats in West Yorkshire 😻
Malcolm, Keith, Benedict, Milo and Zoltar
Hetty and Figgy's first litter together resulted in these 5 gorgeous boys. 2 went to live together while the other 3 went to be part of other fur families 😻
Tigerlily, Willow, Winter, Peaches and Merlin
Cosmic and Sol's repeat mating before she retired. 2 of the girls went to live together while the other 3 went to be part of other fur families including right next door and to another family member 😻

Toto and Nero
Ivy and Merlin's first date together resulted in these two gorgeous boys. Toto, now Monty, went to live with a Ragdoll called Romeo and Nero is now living with another Maine Coon called Zelda 😻
Kittens available
All kittens are currently reserved although we are expecting kittens from Hetty and Merlin in April and we have breeding plans for Maple and Ivy which will hopefully result in summer and autumn litters.
Kitten information
Kittens leave between 13-14 weeks of age subject to neutering agreement. They will have had 2 vet checks, be fully vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treatment. Your kitten will come with a 'kitten promise', heath records of kitten and parents, 5 generation pedigree certificate, 5 weeks free insurance and an invitation to join the Royal Canin Pro Kitten club, on joining you will receive a free 2kg bag of food, a blanket and some toys. You will also recieved 14 days of KatKin Fresh. Price is £1250 for a GCCF registered, non active and new owner to neuter. If the new owner would prefer their kitten to be neutered while remaining at Conancoon then this cost is £1600, the kitten will remain in my care for up to 4 weeks longer. Active will be considered on a case by case basis.
